Keiser University Land Use Plan Amendment & Due Diligence Report

Calvin, Giordano & Associates (CGA), acting as agent for the owner (Duke Realty) and developer (Keenan Development Group), prepared a due diligence report for the future home of Keiser University on a 7.632 acre undeveloped site at the northeast corner of I-75 and Pembroke Road in Pembroke Pines. The report detailed existing and future entitlements, their process and requirements, and estimated the trips and impact fees generated by 115,000 square feet of office use. CGA already had processed a Land Use Plan Amendment to prepare the site for development. The due diligence determined a zoning change and platting would be required prior to final site plan approval.
