CGA developed a regional Post Disaster Economic Redevelopment Plan for the metro Orlando area and the surrounding six county region of East Central Florida. The plan provides guidance, processes, and actions for business and government leaders to rapidly restore economic vitality following a disaster. The plan details an organizational framework for coordinated decision-making and information exchange during the difficult and often chaotic disaster recovery period.
