Why CGA?
Calvin, Giordano & Associates has developed a family-friendly, creative, flexible work environment for our employee owners. We have a commitment to integrate fun and community service into our work routine. We have golf and bowling tournaments, company picnics, holiday parties, birthday celebrations, and impromptu lunches. When you walk through our office, you won't see names and titles and closed doors. There are open doors, open workspaces, project managers talking to associates talking to principals talking to administrative staff. Status does not get in the way of getting work done. We get to know each other over a slice of birthday cake or at a BBQ rather than just strictly being in an office setting. With almost one activity planned every month, these events strengthen friendships, involve families, create memories and make CGA a very fun place to work.
CGA is an employee-owned business and we encourage employees to be involved with many aspects of the company. We have a culture of entrepreneurial, independent thinkers who take personal responsibility for their careers, practices and making CGA more successful. When someone joins the team at CGA, we strive to make this a place they are proud to come to every day.
