The Shops at Pembroke Gardens project consists of a 400,000 sq. ft. Lifestyle Center designed to promote a vibrant, dynamic, and successful pedestrian retail environment. CGA assembled a multidisciplinary team to address the needs of the project, from plat processing, site design, rezoning the property into a Planned Commercial Development (PCD), creating the necessary design guidelines, developing the landscape themes and planting strategies, and the design development for the project.
