Calvin, Giordano & Associates was contracted by a luxury residential condominium association in Palm Beach, where a property-wide corridor renovation project was underway. In the initial stages, the contractor and designer identified significant fungal growth in several corridors. CGA's Indoor Air Quality division joined the renovation team and immediately prepared a thorough protocol for the remediation of impacted building materials on site, while allowing the renovation project to continue, through efficient scheduling with a remediation contractor. The mold remediation project was successfully completed ahead of schedule and the renovation project was ongoing throughout the process. All work was completed prior to the return of the seasonal residents.
