Calvin, Giordano & Associates designed the Pines/I-75 interchange project. The purpose of the City of Pembroke Pines/FDOT LAP project was to realign the existing free-flow entrance and exit ramps at the SR-820 (Pines Boulevard) / I-75 interchange due to development in the corridor. The project also involves widening both Pines Boulevard and the entrance and exit ramps, providing additional turn lanes in order to improve traffic flow through the interchange. The limits of this project extend from Grand Palms Drive to 136th Avenue.
