Calvin, Giordano & Associates is responsible for the design and inspection of the drainage system, roadway re-surfacing and the sewer system. The municipal agencies that have jurisdiction over the project and are involved with the permitting and inspection process are Miami Dade Water and Sewer Department, City of Sunny Isles Beach and the City of North Miami Beach. The contractor is Tenex Inc. CGA’s Engineering, Surveying and Construction team is assisting the City of Sunny Isles in determining the location points for the new sewer connection at the property line for each lot.
